RULES:

1. The real first rule is no GodModding!! You can't knock another player's character out, kill someone else, etc...unless you've mutually agreed for that to happen (and in the case of killing someone off, discussed it with a mod). And on that same note, your character is not all-knowing. Just because you know about something, doesn't mean your character does. If you have an idea that you want to run with and have talked to all players involved, let me know. I'm not going to bite. I promise!!

2. As briefly noted above, please clear all major plot points with a mod. That includes prolonged periods of illness, death, sexuality change, pregnancy, etc. If it's something that will effect not only your character, but someone elses as well, clear it with a mod AND that character's player.

3. This game is based on the cannon, which includes the epilogue. Seeings as it is 2005, that would mean that James, Victoire, etc. are already born. Albus, Scorpius, Rosie and the rest of the lot shall be appearing soonish. This means that if your characters past is mentioned in the books than that's what happened. However, if you feel the need to be a little more creative, please pick a character that doesn't have a lot of detail in the books (Tracey Davis, Terry Boot, etc.) There are plenty of characters. It shouldn't be too difficult.

4. At the moment 3 characters are the limit. You will be allowed to start out with two. After you have proven that you can handle more than two character than you will be allowed to apply for a third. How do you prove this? By being active!

5. We do sweeps. In order to keep the game active and fun all characters are required to post in the main community and their journals at least once a week. If you are unable to do this than please let me know! That way you won't be pestered during the sweeps.

6. Posting your journals should be written in first person. For the Main Community please follow the following format...

What: Trying to Understand what the bloody hell is going on.

Status: In Progress

7. It's great if you like to write a lot, but no one wants to read a novel every time they log in. Shorter posts allow people to respond faster giving the game the ability to move further. This doesn't mean you should write one-liners all the time, but we value quality over quantity here.

8. If you don't like graphic sex scenes, don't read them. Though, for maturity's sake, we ask that you be at least 17 to join. If you can't legally watch a rated R movie in public, then you can't be expected to approach sexuality like an adult. No offense, but some of us are in our 20's. That being said...to all of you who do plan on writing a sex scene make sure you put the appropriate rating. NC-17.

9. If you're going to be away for a while, leave us a post in the OOC community so we don't delete you.

10. OOC is kept in the OOC community, RP action posts and owls are kept in their respective community.

11. HAVE FUN! And don't start unnecessary OOC drama.


PB RESTRICTIONS:

1. Please use age appropriate PB's. A 15 year old should not be played by Tom Cruise.

2. I hate to say it but please try not to pick individuals like Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, or Paris Hilton. Not only will you make me gag but we see enough of them in the trashy headlines, we don't need to see them here too.

3. No expressionless models. Although, models with different emotions are allowed.

4. Lastly, keep in mind your characters personality when choosing your PB.
